But the boot fix on vista dvd doesn't work. It says that everything is ok, and Vista is booting ok, but when I restart my pc, I still can get the screen to choose loading Vista. Only xp starts. Click "next" and then select the "command prompt" in the command prompt type your dvd rom drive letter for example E: then type cd boot then type bootsect /nt60 all The reason why you can't boot back into Vista is because when you install XP, XP bootmgr took over and convert your boot to nt52, thus you need to convert it back to nt60 (vista).
