where can I find a driver for my printer scanner HP psc 1210 all-in-one? The Vista home basic doesn't provide the windows fax and scanning facility of the better versions. HP says the driver is not ready. I can print OK, I can scan with paint but only jpg, png, tif and bmp and no pdf. I could downgrade to XP Pro but it might be more work than necessary. Can anyone help? Thanks Thierry

Probably nothing you can do until the Printer Manufacture provides a driver. This is a pretty common right now for a lot of Hardware. When XP first came out it took the Manufacture of my Scanner a year to produce a working XP Driver. I doubt if they will make a Vista Driver for my old Scanner this time, so not holding my Breath. Hopefully you won't have to wait that long. :)
