I am having trouble formating HD after installing VISTA it wont let me format to put a XP back on. I keeps saying that the newer version is installed. Any suggestions?

You need to Boot to the XP CD.

Go to http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ and download the Ultimate boot disc, and burn it to CDROM, It has all the tools You Want Plus plenty more
