If so you can just remove it from the Startup folder and it shouldn't load on startup anymore. No one anywhere that I have read figured out how to do this, so I went to see if I could figure it out myself. FINALLY I found it, here is how to turn that off. Click Start --- Go to All Programs --- Go to Accessories --- Go to Ease of Access --- Go to Ease of Access Center --- Click the blue link titled Make computer easier to see --- UNCHECK turn on Magnifier --- Click Apply and then exit... Restart computer and make sure that magnifier does not start upon startup. It worked for me and hopefully it will work for you!!! I want to find a way to completely uninstall if from the system. But for now I just want it to quit coming back uncommanded.
