IE7/Vista HTTP Accept: header - cconfigurable?

Hi,
I have a particular application that is failing because of the size of the Accept:
header that IE7 on Vista is sending.
Is there a setting that will enable me to configure the contents of this header?
Ideally I'd like to be able to have a list of IP addresses that are only given '*/*'
in the Accept: header ...

Thanks for any help
