problem in schedule tasks option

Hi,
I am trying to insert a newtask with command line options (through batch file). I
am able add the task to the schedular but by default the task starts only if it is
on AC power. The option "Start the task only if the computer is on AC power" is by
default enabled.
Is there any way to disable this option from command prompt or by any method?
