Cannot Delete MSN Fodler in Vista

In Windows Vista, there is a MSN folder that resides in the Program Files folder.
No matter what I do, I cannot delete this folder.
Inside it, is a 3 meg installer for what I'm assuming is simply MSN's service. However,
it is not an installed program and just sits there taking up space.
I have tried to delete it through safe mode with no luck. I have tried to delete
it from inside another operating system with no luck. It has some kind of impervious
block on it, and no permissions settings resolves it.
I know it's just 3 megs, but it's enraging that Microsoft is basically telling me
what I should have on my drive. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

Right click the file, select Properties, Select Security, Select Advanced, Select
Owner, Select Edit, Select user name or administrators account you are logged on
as or have password access to change owner from Trusted Installer. Click Apply and
the OK.
Then Change permissions for the new owner account to full control for the file and
folder. You can then delete and recover space.

Wow Highlander, that actually worked!!!!! For months I've been trying to figure out
how to do that. Vista's file security is just needlessly complicated. Thanks alot!
Your answer should be posted around all over, I know plenty of people would be grateful!
