I have a Koninca Minolta Magicolor 2430 DL network printer. When I install the driver either from CD or from Microsoft and try to print it tries to print to a file. I'm still searching for something that allows me to uncheck it so I'm not printing to a file.

After some more delving I found that even though I had created a "Standard TCP/IP Port" Vista did not assign it. I guess it defaults to "Print to File". After selecting my new port I was able to print.
