how do I change the picture theme of my laptop vista home edition to the one that its shown on all the computers shown in the stores?

The "picture theme" (I guess you're talking about the transparency in the windows titlebars) is aero glass and to enable it you need: a. A laptop with a good vdeo card (my intel X3100 is good enough, modern ATI and NVidia are good too). b. Home premium or better, home basic lacks the aero glass visual style.
