Remember there is a way to turnoff file property tip
when mouse over a file in explorer but forgot howto to it.
Please advise. Thank you

Hi LV SHANG,
Here's how:
1. open Folder Options (Control Panel or Tools in explorer)
2. click on View tab
3. uncheck "Show pop-up description for ........"
4. click OK to apply
