Backup Diagnostic CD

Hi,
Anyone had trouble making the backup Diagnostic CD recommended in the PC Tools -
Hardware Diagnostic Tools programme?
Would appreciate any advice.

Sorry, I had no problems at all. I clicked the link, the CD tray popped open, I
inserted a blank CD-R, and it took about a minute to burn the CD. Maybe try a different
blank CD or two, I've seen series of bad blank media on many occasions.

Many thanks for that. I shall do as you suggest and try again. Have already tried
two but.....................?? Praps I'll get lucky third time?
