If you can't remember where you last saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, and then to the side or top of the screen, if necessary. It turns out that the task bar somehow got moved to my second monitor and since I rarely have the second monitor turned on I didn't see it until I did turn on the second monitor. Thanks again. When I point to the very top of the screen, it will return only to disappear again when I move the curser. How do I keep it from disappearing again? I simply clicked on the maximize/restore down button and not only did they come back, they stayed put!! No more problems with them.
