I am using Vista Business and have lost my taskbar. How do I get it back?

If the taskbar is hidden, point to where you last saw it to show it again. If you can't remember where you last saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, and then to the side or top of the screen, if necessary. You might need to move the pointer almost off the screen to show the taskbar.

Thanks for your response but I found my problem and fixed it. It turns out that the task bar somehow got moved to my second monitor and since I rarely have the second monitor turned on I didn't see it until I did turn on the second monitor. Thanks again. Dickm

My taskbar disappeared. When I point to the very top of the screen, it will return only to disappear again when I move the curser. How do I keep it from disappearing again? Also the taskbar at the bottom is gone for good and won't return even when I point to the very bottom of the screen. Help! Thanks

OK, I fixed the toolbar/taskbar. I simply clicked on the maximize/restore down button and not only did they come back, they stayed put!! No more problems with them. Thanks
