I just purchased a new laptop with Vista. I cannot make all the characters on my key board. When i try to use the characters keys (ie) question mark and apostrophe, I get weird symbols instead. Any suggestions on what his could be

Check that your Keyboard is set to the Region of the World you live in. http://www.conversationexchange.com/resources/keyboard-language.php
