A .DLL file is part of a program file. Years ago when programs started to get very
large and had many accessories addad to them they broke the "one big file" up into
one or more .exe files and many .DLL files. They were more managable that way. Anyho,
when you install a program it places a few of these .DLL files in with your system
files (usually windows\system32). Your error note is stating it can't find one of
these.DLL.s Sometimes you can do a search for it. This may tell you, by looking at
the program name on the directory, what program is having trouble. you can first
to just copy the file (assuming you found it) to said sys32 dir. If that doesnt work
reinstall the program. Otherwise it is hunt and peck to figure out what isn't working
properly.
