My connection allows me to download, but I can't browse

running Vista on a wireless network.
My connection isn't completely solid, but it is overall tolerable. So I run my torrent
client and my p2p client pretty much all the time, and say I am browsing the web
at the same time. All of a sudden my browser wont connect, so I switch over to IE,
and the same thing. Also, just to perhaps give you a better idea of what is going
on, I try to connect to the web through my music manager (mediamonkey) and I can't
connect either. I can either wait it out and the connection reestablishes after
a while, or I restart and all is well. resetting my network adapter doesnt do anything,
nor does disconnecting and reconnecting to the network, nor does physically switching
off and on the adapter. Any ideas? Thanks!

P2P clients will hog all the bandwidth available for your internet connection.
Either shut the P2P program down while you surf or limit it's download speed.
