(Not sure if it's the same problem you're having) See if you have this file........C:\Program Files\Netflix\Netflix Movie Viewer\ResetDRM.exe . If so, run ResetDRM.exe. It will work. I had this issue with Window XP and had to do the same. For some reason the fiel is becoming corrupted. After you delete the files then just try again. It should work fine. If it gives you a new error with a different file location delete that one. There are only 5 differnet folders it could be in. Some you might have to do it five times if that is the case. But get rid of that damaged file bottom line. Then it works.
