Disable folder content "Groupings"

I hope this might be a simple fix, but I can't seem to find it. When I open certain folders in Vista (flash drive contents as an E: drive, for example), Vista insists on "helping" me by grouping contents alphabetically (A-H, I-P, Q-Z). Honestly, I really don't need Microsoft to help me figure out what letter my filenames start with. Absolutely idiotic. Does anyone know how to disable this ridiculous "feature"? Thanks in advance. --John
