when i boot up from floppy types of advice one says might be a virus but i done a virus check and its ok but i cant format tryed to do a fdisk but says its full? pls help i need 2 format its running to slow

If you get the problem with the Recycle Bin still showing as full even though you 
emptied it or vice versa, then this will show you how to fix it. It sometimes happens
