when i boot up from floppy types of advice one says might be a virus but i done a virus check and its ok but i cant format tryed to do a fdisk but says its full? pls help i need 2 format its running to slow

hi l accidently deleted my recycle bin seached for it but it cannot find it can you tell me how l get it back please thanks

that didnt work any other ideas? l dont mind losing anything on the pc its just l cannot get past sign in page as l dont know the password and l keep getting the message the system could not log you on make sure your username and domain are correct then type your password again letters in password must be in using the correct case l get this after pressing ctrl+alt+del twice thanks

Kady,

Since you do not mind losing anything, and the other problem that you have here:

It may be best that you boot from your Vista installation DVD and do a complete clean 
reinstall of Vista. It should solve your problems for you.
