Windows Mail won't send email

Windows mail will receive email but won't send email. Up to 3 days ago it was working
perfectly. But now error shows up: The message could not be sent. The authentication
setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving
this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm
having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper
server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.
The rejected e-mail address was 'websupport@pcservicecall.co.uk'. Subject 'Re: Web
Support Query', Account: 'pop.iolfree.ie', Server: 'mail.iolfree.ie', Protocol: SMTP,
Server Response: '550 relay not permitted', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
I have checked with my Broadband provider and they say everything is ok. Norton
has been disabled and even uninstalled and still I get this error message. Can
you help me please?
