How do I give myself admin rights to change the way different programs are set up. ie...spybot, I want to stop the programs from starting up at start up. Every time I click on the toggle switch a little window pops up telling me I have to have admin rights to do this. This OS is a big shock as I just went from Me to Vista. Please help...Thanks all.

Though you have clicked on your admin rights you have limited control. You can not make yourself an administrator as in prev. ver. of windows.
