Vista now needs install CD to boot after installing XP on slave--Any suggestions?

For work I need a XP install to run a VPN client. I tried to do this using Virtal
PC in Vista--but the whole thing was just too slow.
So, I installed XP Professional on a slave hard drive. Afterwards, I followed some
directions I found to create a dual boot menu here:
http://windowssecrets.com/2008/02/14/01-Make-your-computer-dual-boot-Vista-and-XP
Everything works fine--but ONLY if I have the Vista install CD in my CD/DVD drive.
Otherwise I get a "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER" error.
Any suggestions on how I can resolve this? Thanks!

I think it is better to fix a problem than to worm your way around it. Try the following
site to get your Vista back in good opperating shape.

I did this up to the final step (without success) where it says:
"If EasyBCD fails, that means a process has locked your BOOT folder. Manually
delete this folder with a Live CD, recovery console, or other method, then try Type
Three again."
Do you happen to know how to delete this folder in a recovery console? I can (of
course) boot to my Vista CD--but am really unsure of what to put in the console window
to achieve this.

Restore your boot sector as shown here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919529/en-us
NOTE: Make a copy of your current c:\boot.ini file (for reference only) first.

If all of the above fails then try the following as a last resort before starting

Tried this one, but in the command prompt I get an error when I enter:
C:\boot\Bootsect.exe /NT60 All
It doesn't seem to recognize this. Unsure what I'm doing wrong.

To add to this, the error I get in the command window is:
'bootsect.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program,
or batch file.

Bootsect.exe is not on C: -- Type something like D:\boot\Bootsect.exe (CD/DVD drive\path).

Thanks. With some combination of these steps and with EasyBCD I managed to get a
dual boot configuration. I think it was partially luck, but thanks for all your
assistance!
