annoying pop up

Every time I get an email with a link in it and click on that link "I USE FIREFOX"
I get a pop up box that says " WINDOWS CANNOT FIND "BLA BLA" MAKE SURE YOU TYPED
THE NAME CORRECTLY, AND TRY AGAIN"
Now am I the only one to get this? I see no reference to it here. HOW DO I KILL IT?????
