I have a six mionth old Dell Pc using vista. Sometimes at startup I get the following:
Instalshield update manager an error occurred error # - 5. Could someone please
advise me what this error no. means and what I should do in response to it? I am
an oap and am not very computer literate. I apologise to anyone this message offends.
ernest.
