I have a big problem- I have so many files that are write protected and I have no idea how to delete them.My hard drive is running out of space..... I think I tried everything but I am not a computer genious.....so if anyone could give me a hand I would appreciate that very much!:-)

Hi Titonka,

Take ownership of the files first, then see if you can delete them. This will show 
you how. Since you have alot of them, you might use Method One to save time.
