The middle keys do not work properly. When you hit the following keys: 6, 7, y, u, h, j, n & m the screen closes or another letter comes up. Dell said to get a new keyboard but that has not solved the problem.

If its still under warranty, straight back to Dell then. Must be something WITHIN 
the box ie their's.

What happens when you plug in an external keyboard?





On the keys you mentioned, are there little different colored numbers or symbols 
in addition to the "main" characters you mentioned?

Does it do this when you start in Safe Mode?
