Hello All. I am running vista 64 pro. I installed a DVR remote monitoring software and wanted to upgrade it. vista gives me a "A more recent version of software is already installed on your computer" and will not let me install. I uninstalled program and removed all entries in registry using regedit. and deleted folder and emptied recycle bin. But still cannot reinstal prog. Any ideas
