When I boot up my computer, it gives me the option of Administrator or (my name) administrator. How can I get rid if the Administrator account and have only the one boot up

This is a Vista machine? The Administrator account is disabled by default - so if
its showing on the welcome screen somebody/some process must have enabled it.

tells you how to enable it using mmc - just reverse to disable.
