Windows update error 80072efd

It usually means that a program running on your computer is preventing Windows Update
Services (SVCHOST) from accessing the Internet. I had this problem a week ago and
allowed sprtcmd.exe in the firewall and all was well. Now it has returned. How do
I convert SVCHOST into and .exe? so I can include it in the firewall.

If yo go to MS help at the following link you can choose your method of query. I
say this as voice can take a long time. All update related problems are supposed
to be answered for FREE now. The Techs there (with the exception of one) have been
very helpful, considerate and polite to me. MS has really put some demands on these
guys for doing a good job. They will actually pester you till you are sure that the
problem is gone.
