Windows mail....contacts

I'm asking this on behlaf of my elderly sister who lives in Scotland and is struggling
to do basic emailing on her new laptop with Vista (I have XP)
She has my full email address in her 'contacts' list but between us we cant figure
out how to get that address into the " TO " box when composing without re-typing
the address (which she always gets wrong). I try to talk her through everything I
can think of on the phone but she insists it does not work. Please can somebody enlighten
me so I can end her (and my) frustration. Thanks John.

Hi John,
When she has the compose email window open, she can click on the "TO:" button to
open a window to select a Contact from to put in the "TO:" line. This tutorial is
for Contact Groups, but you use the same procedure in Section Two step 5 as this.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
