I keep getting messages that there is a compatability issue between Adobe and Windows Vista. sometimes I am unable to pull up an attachment or get into a program I wish to see. Occasionally a program I am trying to access just goes away. I have no idea how to correct this problem and am unable to find a phone number for adobe or any meaninfull info at this site. I am elderly and not terribly computer Literate but would like to get rid of these problems

You failed to provide one elementary piece of information, namely what specific Adobe 
product is in question. The logical place to start when encountering problem(s) with 
applications is with the relevant manufacturer, so:
