Nothing major. Performance is slightly better, and the math problem in Excel is fixed, but with hindsight I wouldn't have bothered. I think a good rule is that if you are suffering from a problem that you know SP1 fixes, give it a try (that is as long as you have the Office CDs: you cannot uninstall SP1 for Microsoft Office [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/873125] - or any other recent Office SP), and if it ain't broke don't fix it.
