Try to describe a little more. Any error ###_####.
Any warning or script of any kind. Are you sure you are getting an up to date current
Yahoo web page. Your computer stores web information and you may think you are online
with Yahoo, but actually only looking at a web page you opened last month. We need
to talk about you Internet connection, probably a lot about it!

OK, now I myself do deal with mozilla so I will leave that to the others that are
skilled in that software, but I will ask have you tried "Internet Explorer" to get
at those same web sites and what is the response there?

What type of Internet connection do you have. Wired, Dialup, Wireless, do you have
a router in the line somewhere? You have a connection problem.

There out to be a reset button (possibly a pin hole) to reset your Verizon connection
device. What ever that device is you should see if the soft ware AND firm ware is
up to date. Check your cabling. If your device has a cable that plugs into an add
on card in the computer (probably not) take the lid off the box and gently wiggle
the card while pressing down (toward the main board) gently! If nothing here helps
I would call Verizon.
