Where's my toolbar at top gone?

Had to reboot my Gateway laptop running Vista and IE6. Now I no longer have any toolbars at the top of the screen. Like File, Edit, View, Favorites, etc. Where are they? How do I get them back? Thanks for your help. Fred

IE6? Really? I wasn't aware there was a way to run IE6 with Vista (aside from some
sort of XP virtul machine arrangement). I'm going to take a leap and assume you
meant to type IE7. :)

Try right clicking on a blank spot on the tab bar and checking the Menu Bar option.
Alternatively, you can click on the "Tools" icon and then click on Menu Bar to accomplish
the same thing.

R. Click on an empty space up on the bar where your tabs show and check 'Menu Bar".
