The www goes bye-bye

So, I've got Vista Ultimate and I'm running both Firefox and IE. After a while my
internet connection goes away. I can still use network resources like on-line gaming,
or bit torrent, but I can't make any web pages pull up until I reset my computer.
I'm happy to provide further information if that will help solve the problem, but
at the moment I don't know where to begin. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried shutting off you firewall and AV temporarily?

Hi:
That really looks like a DNS problem.
When the problem appear open a browser, write "http://209.133.53.130" (without the
"") and press "Enter" or click "Go".
If the Annoyances.org main page open without any problem you are facing a DNS problem.
Try it out and report back.
Regards.
Rui Teixeira.
Sorry about the lousy English, I'm from Portugal.
