Only Google loads, everything else=NOPE

Out of nowhere, only sites at Google load and nothing else. Full wireless connection.
All sites load though when connected via ethernet. I've tried everything I can think
of:

-Turning off all software firewalls
-Installing new virus software
-Resetting the Netgear (Comcast) router
-Pinging sites other than google. Everything pings back fine, but never comes up
in the browser

The same laptop picks up my work wireless and runs fine, so it seems to be my router
at home. My roommate uses a Mac at home and it works just fine, while I just get
Google.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Try a couple of things for me. Go to tools n the U. R. corner and click Internet
Options/Advanced/RESET.
Then Go to you Add-Ons and shut down all EXCEPT the ones in the selection that "Run
Without Permission". You probably won't understand these anyway. If this changes
anything you can turn your add-ons back on one at a time and the IE settings in a
similar fashion.
