trying to start ie 7 i am getting a nottice saying
"ie cant start check on the internet for solution"
I choose this option and I am getting an error
saying "runtime error 216 at 0523377e" I press enter
and it come 3 times after that the Ie comes ok.
now if i am pressing a link in an email it go all over again.
please any solutions.

I don't know if you searched MS yet. Here are a couple of MS pages that might give
you some relief from your problem. They may at least get you looking at the right
item that yo possibly installed recently. Let me know.

Norton isn't going to tell you anything. First it has become to be known as the first
thing to get off of a computer that is running VISTA. That along could be causing
you difficulties, but really Norton is only an anti-virus and not a good one at that.
You need IT work.

OK I uninstall the Norton AV and install Karsparsky AV
scan my disk and NADA
I am still suffering

Start you computer in Safe Mode with Networking.
I hope you have a network that will allow this. See if it works from there. Otherwise
you will have to shut every 3rd party program you have off manually. A Runtime error
is a VB problem. If yo can't discover which one it is from here than it's time to
call MS. I will give you the link.
