Oddly, I don't see the "Help" option in the drop down menu under Customize? Also, I noticed that when I try and pull up Help and Support manually and select it, the Search Menu pulls up... Something is strange.... Click on the "Restore Help and Support" in Option One to see if that will fix it for you.
