USB to Serial Adapter

Trying to install Cables to go USB to Serial Adapter. When I put the disk in all
it says is Error Accesing the system registry. Can anyone help me!!!!!

This is not a Vista question, it is a Cables to Go one; for such questions, use the
Cables to Go site, such as https://www.cablestogo.com/help/tech_support.asp?
Perhaps they can also help you with your stuck exclamation-mark key....

the only reason I put it in Vista is because it down loaded in XP with no problem

Try it in safe mode
