After I set up a new user account ,screen with "Preparing your desktop" will appear
for about 5min.After that a new message comes on with
"Windows Mail could not be started"
Then a message box with"
Because MSOE.dll could not be initialized".
After that empty desktop with just a mouse arrow,no icons no taskbar. Thanks for any
advice how to fix this.Googling gave me pages of How to to set a new account, but.

Hello Mama Bear
Are you using Norton or McAfee security software?
If so, check this site out, it'll explain why.

Good Luck
