Want to disable Caps Lock Key

I have downloaded the MS Keyboard Layout Creator that fits Vista, but it doesn't
seem to be able to simply disable the CL key. There's a nifty little freebie that
let me do it on my XP machine (Key Tweak), but it doesn't work with Vista.
Any suggestions as to how I can do this without screwing with the registry?

Did you know: Each key on your Keyboard pops off? Snap it out... Worked for me:)
Leaves a nice gap next to my "A" button...Good for screws and pins ect,..

Check out Key Tweak (free) - works great on my Vista mch.
I have remapped my scroll lock to be a fast Sound shutoff and disabled the rediculous
Caps Lock:
