I have a question about Eliminate 'Multiple Networks' and Get Your Internet Back in Windows Vista:

I have Vista Client in my network, i'm able to see
the computer in mine, but i can't ping it.
i'm using w2k3 server and his computer/account
registered. but now the computer can't acces his folder in server.
Does this related to the topic? and how to fix this
