Increased display size in Internet Explorer

Everyday for about a week now AVG has found Cool Web Search as a threat on my PC and everyday it has been removed, only to reappear next day on AVG scan. The file it highlights is HKLM\Software|Classes|IEHlprObj.IEHlpr.Obj. Anybody out there got any ideas on how I can get rid of this trojan completely? By the way what is HKLM? anyway and what does it do? Jim

Download the latest Spybot Search & Destroy as well, you can download it from here:

Install, update & then run a scan

If Spybot Search & Destroy doesn't work download the stand-alone version of CWShredder
from here:

Trend Micro bought the rights to CWShredder a few years ago. The latest available
standalone version is 2.19, which is now a few years old. It can be downloaded here:
 http://us.trendmicro.com/us/products/personal/CWShredder/

Trend Micro has chosen not to update the free standalone version, opting instead
to incorporate subsequent updates into their commercial antivirus product.
