can not remove fox fire from add/remove programs.is there a special way to do this.have
tried to remove from add / remove still there. any help will be apperiacieted.

What happens when you try? Error messages? Any other details?

no error or anything.all is gone expect in add / remove.have rebotted and have removed
all from files and folders.

You have "rebotted"? I wonder what that does....
I'm trying to translate your message: Are you saying that Firefox itself has been
deleted, but that there is still an entry for it in add/remove? If so, that can be
fixed, through an edit of the Registry.
Also, are you aware that Firefox has many files in its profile, which you may not
have removed?

that is restarted my computer.yes its still in add/remove programs.

Unless you really know what you are doing, just leave it there, as it requires editing
the Registry, and improper editing can cause serious problems.
If you really want, you could try reinstalling Firefox, then removing it through
the Control Panel, which should (but may not) remove the entry.

thank you i got it removed.reinstalled and uninstalled.the problem was i was keeping
my bookmarks.had to put check in box to not save. thanks for you help.have a good
