Hi, I am getting pretty frustrated because for some reason whenever I try to download something, like games and stuff, I click run, but then after that it doesn't do anything, nothing pops up. How can I fix thiss o I can download my stuff?

hi,
do you download first, then trying to run the downloaded program, or are you choosing
run from the download prompt?

As a rule of thumb always download the update to HDD and right click the executable file and then select "Run as Administrator"
