i just got sound to work: went into IE privacy settings and added xmro.xmradio.com
as a site from which i accept cookies.
when i did that i got sound from XM gadget.

You have to understand that most of the people here are a bunch of wanna be's. They
just go around guessing about stuff and wouldn't know a SCSI drive from a JK flipflop.
And as far as learning anything...
Though I do wish they would have a forum for findings like you came up with separate
from the other forums I am glad to know that there is someone willing to share their
discovery.
