Can anyone tell me where the cpl file or main file is in vista that opens the control panel. I would like to create a shortcut to it on the desktop but I can't find the option anywhere. Going to the start menu and trying to create it from there doesn't let me. Thanks Again All

Start > Right click on Control Panel > Select "Show On Desktop"

Thanks..I had classic menu on and it wouldn't let me. I switched to Vista theme and worked.
