Home page won't stay set.

Need to disable firewall so IE can work.
When trying to set my home page to yahoo.com I hit "use current" then "apply" then
all is fine. But whenever I reboot it changes to yahoo.ca.
How do I stop it from changing? Is there some type of default canadian setting?
