I am using Vista on my desktop, and would like to transfer all my email folders to
my laptop, which is also using Vista.
Can someone please explain to me the easiest way to do so.
Many thanks.

Most email Programs have a export options in their preferences. Export the email
File to your desktop. Copy the File to something like a Thumb Drive so you can copy
the File to the other Computer. Then use Import Option on the email Program, and
point to where you copied the File to on the other Computer.
