Try resetting your password first. Banking sites have high security for obvious reasons.
Verify your password with your bank in person if necessary. To allow the site to
accept cookies, open Internet Options - click privacy tab - click on sites, type
in the address of your bank site, where it says address of website. click allow
to accept cookies from the bank site.
